Fue eatancia placentera en general
Personal de limpieza muy amable, alberca bonita, habitacion amplia con xon balcon, no nos faltaban las toallas ni en la alberca ni en la habitacion (eramos 2 ad y 2 niños)
Playa no esta muy bonita ni limpia (habia tornillos oxidados, madera, basura en la playa). El personal de los restaurantes no es muy capacitado (no sabian de credito resort) y como aplicarlo en pago directo.

Fantástico
Lo que más nos gustó fue el servcio, la gente muy amable, partiendo por el Gerente, Ruben. Tambien el lugar es muy cómodo, la piscina muy buena, las comidas. La habitación también era muy cómoda.
Los precios de la comida en los restaurantes es algo costosa, aunque de buena calidad. Durante nuestra estadía el hotel estaba en renovación y booking informaba solo parcialmente de estos arreglos al final de la página de reserva, por lo que para nosotros fue una sorpresa. Había bastante ruido, sin embargo, el Gerente de turno (Ruben), fué muy amable y demostró grandes aptitudes de servicio al cliente y nos ofreció algunos beneficios con el fin de quedarnos, los cuáles aceptamos. Lo otro que incomodó un poco fue que la habitación que nos dieron estaba comunicada con una doble puerta con la habitación contigua, con lo cuál se escuchaba bastante a los vecinos. esto limitó nuestra privacidad.

Muy bien, excepto por los detalles descritos arriba.
La ubicación me pareció perfecta
1.-las toallas de baño las dejaban en el mismo. Lugar donde las dejábamos para secar y no las acomodaban en su lugar. 2.- No permiten el acceso a la playa después de ponerse el sol por la probable PRESENCIA DE COCODRILOS. No nos toco ver uno pero en la habitación si nos toco ver una de las cucarachas más grandes que he visto en mi vida. 3.- No se si tengan prohibido a los recepcionistas manejar dinero. Pero en una ocasión de noche el taxista no tenía cambio y les pedí de favor que me cambiaran un billete pero contestaron que no tendrían dinero hasta dentro de tres horas. Tuve que subir hasta mi habitación y dejar a mi esposa empeñada con el taxista
